Student Services is your go-to hub for help with anything related to your course requirements, exams, and certification process. Unlike mentorship—which is business-focused and open to anyone—Student Services is for active 24 Karat students who need academic or practical support while completing their training. You can use Student Services to: Book your in-person practical exam Schedule additional support to observe your hands-on practice with a model. Please note: you must provide your own model for the session. On-site setup support at your new location (Available upon request for assistance with organizing, layout planning, and preparing your space for services or training.) Schedule custom training for advanced skills Want to go beyond your course content? Book time to explore advanced techniques not covered in your original training. Cancellation Policy
At 24 Karat Beauty, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and accommodate all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: A 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50.00 charge of the scheduled service. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply the cancellation fee. If we are still able to accommodate you, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client. Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services or first-time clients. Deposits go toward your service total but will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule late. Emergency Cancellations We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of sudden illness or extreme circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion. How to Cancel or Reschedule Please notify us via phone call, text, or email at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. By booking an appointment at 24 Karat Beauty, you agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
